You should spend about 40 minutes on this task.
Present a written argument or case to an educated reader with no specialist knowledge of the following topic.
Some people think that the best jobs should be reserved for those with seniority; other people think older workers should move over to make room for younger staff.
What do you think about the situation, and how do you think it will develop in the future?
You should use your own ideas, knowledge and experience and support your arguments with examples and relevant evidence.
