I’m new here and I’m preparing myself for the IELTS in December. I have problems with listening section, in particular with tasks which include spelled-out names and addresses.

I was wondering if anyone knows some website (or other resource) which could be of some help to practice dictation of English words spelled out?

If you do a google search for “online dictation exercises” or “online English dictation” you will get a whole list of sites offering free dictation exercises for English students.

I can’t recommend one personally, but if you find a good one, please let us know.

If you would like to do our listening tests on iPass or read the transcripts for the podcasts and videos (another type of dicatation practice), remember you need to be a Key member.
