Iindividuals cannot alleviate the poverty that exist in the world, it is the responsibility of government.

Poverty is the shortage of common things such as food, shelter and safe drinking water which are the basic human necessities. Moreover, the lack of access to opportunities such as education and employment which will help to ease poverty. It is believe that, the effectiveness of government has a major impact on the delivery of socioeconomic outcomes for poor populations. In addition, failure by governments to provide essential infrastructure worsens poverty.

Firstly, A system with laws and a sophisticated social policy could reduced poverty. For example, by giving importance to education, best health treatment and stable economy that will not lead to sudden unemployment, inflation, budget deficits and balance of debts will to alleviate poverty.

Finally, the implementation of government program on infrastructure must be fully implemented and regulated to insure success. For an instance, priorities must be on the construction of good roads and bridges. The presence of good roads and bridges will easily improve the production and transfer of goods and commodities from towns and provinces to the center of the economic activities in the big cities.

In conclusion, the government is basically responsible with the improvements of the iindividuals both residing in the country side and the cities.
