Hi,

I would like to apply for australian immigration, and for that I need to achieve 7 on IELTS.
Sure I need to improve my english (as you can see ) , but I would like to know my score now and what points I need to improve.
I could take the exam and start from it, but its very expensive. So I was thinking if exists some test simulation, especially for speaking, where we could know which level we are at this moment.

Any tips is very welcomed.

I’m afraid I don’t know of any online test simulation service but it’s a good idea and I think maybe it’s something we could offer on iPass in the future.

But that doesn’t help your present situation.

There is a general level test on the British Council Learn English website but it only has the following categories:

Vocabulary - Grammar - Listening - Reading

Still, it might give you a general idea about your level.

You can also compare yourself with the candidates on our interview podcasts in the Speaking Practice section, which we have given estimated band scores for.
