” In many countries, children are engaged of some kind of paid work, some people regard this as completely worng, while others consider it as valuble work experience, important for learning and talking responsibility. What is your opinion on this? “
The United Nation has prohibited chidren’s work particualry the young ones. Many countries, also, have did the same thing. However, some people in many other places consider it as valuble work experience. Even in these prohibiting countries there is less control over children’ work. As for me, I am with those who refute such work and cosider it as a social crime. All these points are going to be discussed in detail in the following paragraphs.
First of all, why do most countries prohibt chidlren’s work? In fact, this prohibtion is fulfilled nearly in rich and advanced countries where standards of livings are clearly high. In addition to this, there are many social assemblies and societies whick take care of the orphans and poor families. Besides, there are strong means of media which criticise any establishment or factory who hire children. In these countries, most people are careful for the children to take their rights in education, entertainment and freedom. They look at the parents who force or let their chidren work as heartless and severe people.
On the other hand, in many poor countries, the numbers of children who go to work are enermous and fearful. A lot of people, there, consider such work as an opportunity for getting experince, learning responsibility in addition to earning money. They say how can a family of six or seven people live with a job of a dustman or a house guard? A child works just to help his family, and in many cases he is obliged to leave school. Governments don’t have enough budgets to look after all poor , unemployed and homeless people. So, children work is something normal and odd at all.
In my own opinion, it’s difficult to prevent all families to hire their children because, indeed, there are too many poor people all over the world. Sometimes a twelve-year child is the sreponisible for his family. So, I think a child might work in very resticted conditions . Firstly, he must be over fifteen. Secondly, the nature of work should be easy like acting in a movie or a serial. There, also should be committies for searching and following the establishments where children work, and they should be sure that their work is not heavey. Surely in any country, there are rich ones, so their goverments should impose more taxes to help the poor and do their best to limit children’s work at least.
In summary, many laws prohibit chidren’s work, but these laws are not achieved in many parts of the world. On the contrary, many encourage them for employment. In all cases, children’s work is an inhuman deed. Achild should feel his childhood and enjoy playing and learning. The important thing is that we ,all, shouldn’t let him feel that he is inferior when compared to others.
